I wake up at 6 each morning. When I'm lucky and less lazy, I manage to also photograph my breakfast before eating it. These weeks I'm dealing with tons of work, personal projects and some administrative stuff which take almost every hour of my free (whatever that is) time. I'm not complaining about it, but I can't deny I wish I found a more efficient way of getting all these things accomplished. However, I wanted to let you know that in a month you can participate to a cooking blogs fair. All you have to do is to be good at, well, cooking and to be the owner of a cooking blog. I am a big fan of ginger iced tea or of ginger chocolate or ginger curd, ginger muffins, ginger cereals. Yes, you may call me Ginger from now on. I decided to make ginger iced tea at least once a week since I make an entire teapot every time. And all you have to do is to make some green tea, add fresh ginger, honey and some lemon juice and the ice, before you serve it. It's one of my favourite summer drinks. How was your weekend so far? Mine had only one objective: to make all my friends gain a couple more pounds these two days. While yesterday I made these incredibly tasty ginger pinneaple muffins, today I put in the oven a banana cake (fingers crossed for that, I added a little more flour than it was in the original recipe).
