almonds, hazelnuts and almond milk. You cannot see all of them, but they are there. I gave up buying processed cereals a year and a half ago and it's not only the healthiest musli blend, but it's so much more fun to make your own favourite mixture. Just think about the multitude of seeds or fruits you can add! Best part is that you don't have to add sugar. For instance, the raisins or the dried sweet fruits will do the trick. Just make sure they don't contain added sugar (they generally don't but reading the labels is a good habit).
I've become that sort of person who cannot wait to wake up in the morning and have breakfast!
